In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "tot55" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at tot55.biz, including all associated games, services, features, and promotional offers made available to registered players.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered a tot55 account or who accesses any part of the tot55 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the tot55 platform, through which all wagering, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus activity is conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, matched deposit credit, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account as part of a tot55 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total real-money wager amount that a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in PKR and available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from any Bonus Funds balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which tot55 confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using tot55 is unlawful under local law, as updated from time to time at tot55's sole discretion.

By accessing the tot55 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the tot55 platform.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the tot55 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and game-specific rules, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use a tot55 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tot55 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place any wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts on the tot55 platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your local laws permit you to use online gaming platforms.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the tot55 platform or on any other gaming platform operated by tot55's corporate group.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of tot55 or its affiliated companies.

Each Player may hold only one (1) tot55 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

When registering your tot55 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

tot55 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of Pakistani mobile number ownership for JazzCash or EasyPaisa accounts
• Bank statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the deposit payment method
• Proof of residential address where required

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by tot55 may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your tot55 account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. tot55 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to tot55 support immediately at [email protected].

tot55 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods.

Supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. tot55 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or registered mobile number.

Minimum deposit: PKR 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum bank transfer deposit amounts may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into the same tot55 account (same-method policy).
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Where a bonus has been credited to the account, all applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• tot55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000, which may extend processing times.

tot55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tot55 accepts no responsibility.

tot55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus rules:

• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. Individual promotion pages will state the applicable wagering multiplier.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%. Some games may contribute 0% and are excluded entirely from bonus wagering — these are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a tot55 account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• tot55 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or exploitation of software errors is detected.

• tot55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the tot55 platform — whether on casino games, live casino tables, sports events, fishing games, or slots — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the tot55 platform system. Players should verify that a bet has been accepted before assuming it is active. No bet is valid until a confirmation notification is displayed on screen.
• tot55 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement — for example, in the case of late bets placed due to data feed delays.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and vary by game, table, and event. These are displayed within each game or market. tot55 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round or live sports event, tot55's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a system fault on tot55's side, stakes will be returned to the player.
• tot55 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from bets placed based on outdated odds displayed due to a Player's own connectivity issues.
• For live sports betting, all markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In cricket betting, this includes results as determined by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), and PSL's official governing organisation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tot55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and pending withdrawals, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on tot55, whether individually or in coordination with other persons.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting patterns designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tot55 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the tot55 platform, software, or infrastructure.

All content on the tot55 platform — including but not limited to the tot55 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, text and promotional materials, and software code — is the intellectual property of tot55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tot55 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any tot55 content without express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, or BGaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. tot55 holds appropriate licences to offer this content to players on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tot55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the tot55 platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Where tot55's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, tot55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tot55 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a tot55 account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by tot55 is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — with your consent — personalised marketing communications. tot55 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

tot55 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the tot55 platform. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from tot55's operational funds.

tot55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Where tot55 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to tot55's integrity, security, or regulatory compliance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, tot55 reserves the right to withhold the balance in that account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

tot55 operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which tot55 holds its gaming authorisation. Players access the platform subject to their own local laws and regulations, and it remains the Player's responsibility to ensure their use of tot55 complies with applicable law in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or from a Player's use of the tot55 platform shall first be referred to tot55's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 days of formal written notice, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in tot55's gaming licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded.

tot55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the tot55 platform, with a minimum of 14 days advance notice before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any changes.

Your continued use of the tot55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
